Chrisháun Coaliron, 16, of Carmi passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016, alongside his girlfriend of two years, Kaitlyn Gwaltney. He was born October 22, 1999 in Mt. Vernon, IL the son of Elizabeth Kimmerling and Clayton Edward Coaliron. Chris was a Freshman at Carmi-White County High School and attended First Church of God in Maunie.

Clinton Hunsinger 47 of Carmi, passed away Friday March 25, 2016 at the University of Chicago Hospital. He was born November 26, 1968 in Yuma, AZ, the son of Charles and Claudia (Julian) Hunsinger.
Clinton had been a truck driver for Browns Feed Store for 27 years. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and loved Derby cars.

Stanley was born February 1, 1925, in Olney, the son of Floyd A. and Stella Mae (Wright) McKinney. Stanley married Mae Jean Hartleroad on June 1, 1946 and she survives. Sandra K. Cutchin, 69, of Carmi passed away at 11:09 a.m., Thursday, March 24, 2016 at her home. She was born July 12, 1946 in Equality, IL the daughter of Elbert Lee and Marie (Slayton) Vailes. Sandra was of the Christian faith and had worked as an LPN at various nursing homes.

Lyndell B. Brown, 90, of Carmi, Illinois, died on her birthday, Monday, March 21, 2016, at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi. She was born March 21, 1926, in Sacramento, Illinois, the daughter of Arnot and Pearl (Draper) McArthy. She was married to Lawrence R. “Brownie” Brown in July of 1949, and he survives.

Georgia Mae Wake, 96, of Crossville, Illinois, died Saturday, March 19, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana. She was born February 22, 1920, in Prescott, Arkansas, the daughter of James William Miller, Sr. and Lou May (Breedlove) Miller. She married William Clyde Wake on December 12, 1939, in Prescott, and he preceded her in death on November 25, 1989.

James L. Moore, 84, of Carmi passed away Sunday, March 6, 2016 in Newburgh, IN. He was born Sept. 4, 1931, to the late Raymond and Bina (Desper) Moore.
Jim served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was a proud member of the American Legion for 60 years. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time.
