MUNSON TWP. – Ralph Henry Holl, age 85, of Munson Township, formerly of South Euclid, died on Tuesday, July 14, 2020.
Ralph was born in Cleveland, on Aug. 3, 1934, to Frank and Verna (nee Osterland) Holl. He attended The Ohio State University and had a career as a mechanical engineer for Conrail (formerly New York Central and Penn Central Railroads).
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and married Rosemarie Biacofsky, in Cleveland, on June 4, 1960.
Ralph enjoyed railroad memorabilia, maintaining his property with beautiful flowers and plants, using his John Deere yard tractor, and managing his investments. With his wife, they are members of the Church of St. Mary in Chardon.
Survivors include his wife, Rosemarie, of Munson; son, Ronald (Erica) Holl, of Claridon Township; grandchildren Trevor, Chad, Reece, Alexandra and Kelly; and son-in-law, Richard Norris, of North Ridgeville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Deborah Norris.
A visitation will be on Monday, July 20, 2020, from 5-7 p.m., at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon, where a funeral service will follow at 7 p.m.
Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township, on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at 11 a.m.
