She was born September 23, 1929 in Nevada to the late Charles and Juanita (Burwell) Frey and was a 1947 graduate of Bucyrus High School. Carol is survived by two children, Sandra (Mitch) Long and Steven (Cynthia) Schifer; two grandchildren, Stephanie (Darin) Brown and Mark Beran; six great grandchildren, Nicole Tschanen Jacob Bowman and Danielle, Mason Brown, Joey Beran, Cody McKinley and Cole (Shayla) McKinley; three great-great grandchildren; one sister, Rosemary Kent as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
