Thomas B. Dunn Sr., 66, of Hastings, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016. Thomas served as a Syracuse Firefighter, was in the Army National Guard and the Air Force.
Thomas was predeceased by his father, Robert E. Dunn Sr., his mother, Hilda C. Dunn and his brother, John Alan Dunn.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Janet M. Dunn; his former wives; Lorri E. Dunn of Cicero, NY and Susan Gridley of Arizona; his brother, Robert E. (Jo Ann) Dunn II of Liverpool, NY; sisters, Susan Smith of Camillus and Karen (Michael) Masella of Baldwinsville; his children, Sherry B. (Dunn ) Hardiman (Travis) of Rochester, NY, Thomas B. Dunn, Jr. of Cicero, NY and Victoria E. Dunn of Fulton, NY; his stepchildren, Clifford Johnston of Locke, NY, Patricia Johnston of Rome, NY, Christopher Johnston of W. Monroe, NY, Joyce Deacons of Pulaski, NY, Kevin Johnston of Solvay, NY, Amy Simmons of Cicero, NY and Chrystal Avery of Central Square, NY; his grandchildren, Emmett Hardiman, Murray Hardiman, Ashley Johnston, Jessica Johnston, Samantha Johnston, Amanda Johnston, Hannah Johnston, Gabriel Johnston, Clifford Johnston II, Stephen Swahn, Rachel Catello, Christopher Johnston, Cory Johnston, Nichole Paige Moss, Jamison Deacons, Joshua Deacons, Stacia Johnston, Caitlyn Simmons, Kaylie Simmons, Kiersten Avery and Kendal Robinson; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be Thursday, January 21st from 4 to 6 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home in North Syracuse. A memorial service will follow immediately after.
