WARD, Bruce Feb 22, 1950 – Mar 11, 2021

Bruce Alan Ward, age 71, Logansport, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021, in IU Health White Memorial Hospital, Monticello.
Born Feb. 22, 1950, in Lafayette, he was the son of Maurice and Jessie Benjamin Ward.
On June 27, 1970, he married Darla Burkhart, who survives.
A 1968 graduate of Lewis Cass High School, Bruce had been employed at Wilson Foods in Logansport, Bev-Pac (Ball Corporation) in Monticello, Delphi in Kokomo, TRW in Lafayette and, finally, A. Raymond Tinnerman in Logansport.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bird and wildlife watching and outsmarting the squirrels.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, David (Megan) Ward, Elk Grove, California, and Tim (Kristine) Ward, St. Louis, Missouri; grandchildren, Madelyn, Leah, Jolie and Elliot Ward; brothers and sisters, Janice Abbott, Nancy (Jim) Gosnell, Connie (Warren) Alma, Charles Ward and James Ward; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Maurice David Ward, Nathan Ward and Andrew Timothy Ward; and granddaughter, Alison Ward.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 19, 2021, at Kroeger Funeral Home. The funeral will follow visitation at 1 p.m. on Friday, also at the funeral home, with Pastor K. C. Dehning officiating.
Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
