HARTMAN, Amanda Nov 28, 1950 – Mar 29, 2021

Amanda Lee Hartman, 70, of Logansport, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 29, 2021, in the emergency room of Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born on Nov. 28, 1950, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Lester Hoover and Josephine Osborn Baker.
A homemaker and a babysitter, Amanda loved her family so very much. Her love was her legacy. She made the best peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the world.
Amanda never knew a stranger; she had the biggest, most beautiful heart. Her final selfless gift was the life-giving act of being a donor through the Indiana Organ Donor network.
Amanda attended the Logansport First Church of the Nazarene. If the Lord put a song in Amanda’s heart, she would just come right out and announce that she wanted to sing that song.
Surviving her are a son, Troy (Steph) Hartman; her daughter, Theresa (David) Hoover; brothers, Lester Hoover II and Luke (Rachel) Baker III; sisters, Doris (Mike) Wolf, Barbara Waddups, Diana Smith and Karen (John) Smith; her precious grandchildren, Troy Hoover, Amanda (Josh) Clements, Abby Hartman, Kali Hartman, Gabriella Hoover, Jacquelynn Hoover, Gracianna Hoover, Kimberleigh Hoover, Anthony Joseph “AJ” Hoover and Carollena Hoover; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, he was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley (Bill) Williams; brother-in-law, Ron Waddups; granddaughter, Lexi Stanton; and 10 angel grandbabies who are forever remembered.
