Elizabeth Bartle Greulich

Dec. 19, 1925 – Dec. 28, 2015

Elizabeth (Beth), born in San Jose, CA , grew up and went to school in Mountain View, CA, Worked for the US Navy at Moffett Field, CA during WW II , graduated from San Jose State University (then college) in 1949 with a degree in Education. While in college, pledged Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity and was the Charter President. She taught eighteen years in the Lowell-Joint School District.

An active member of the Whittier and Desert Alumnae of Kappa Kappa Gamma, a member of the Guild of the Children’s Museum at La Habra, an active member of the Auxiliary of Presbyterian Inter-community Hospital and served as chairman of the Gift Shop Committee and Whittier Branch AAUW.

Married to James L. Greulich for 69 years, she is also survived by her children James S. and William D. Greulich, niece Linda Spalinger and nephew Craig Tupper.

Services will be held at St. Matthias Episcopal Church in Uptown Whittier at 11 AM on Saturday, January 16th.
