William R. Pippin, 71, of Pen Argyl, PA, passed away Thursday, January 21st, at Gracedale, Northampton County Home, Nazareth, PA. William was born in Forest City, PA on August 21, 1944. He was the husband of Annette (Pellasce) Vay, they celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary last July. William was the owner and operator of BP Pilot Car and worked for Nittany Pilot Car & Safety Co., Inc. of Shippensburg, PA. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. William was a member of the East Lawn Social Club and various other social clubs in the Nazareth area. In addition to his wife Annette, William is survived by a son, Bill Borst and his wife Annette; a daughter, Kathleen Sabatina; 6 grandchildren, Billy and Danny Borst, John Paul, Sami Jo, and Ally Hosler and Allison Sabatina, and 2 great grandchildren. Services will private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James B. Gaffney Funeral Home, Pen Argyl, PA. Online condolences may be made at gaffneyparsons.com.
