Alan L. Fryer

Alan L. Fryer of Holland, Pa. passed away Monday, Jan. 25, 2016 in Twining Village, Holland, Pa. He was 78.

Alan resided in Gettysburg for ten years before returning to Levittown for many years.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and retired from Rohm and Haas Bristol Plant after 37 years.

He was involved with the Levittown Little League for 25 years.

He is survived by his wife, Arlene M. (Briggs) Fryer; two children, Cheryl Fox (George) of Levittown, Pa. and Cynthia Bidmead (Chris) of Tennessee; two sisters, Etta Kritzer and Dorothy Kennedy; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Verda (Bell) Fryer, and siblings, Carolyn and Richard Fryer, Howard and James Belford, Charles Clark and Mary Copick.

The viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 30 at Molden Funeral Chapel, 133 Otter Street, Bristol, Pa. Interment will follow in Bristol Cemetery.
