Lee V. Lauer, 80, of Tionesta, died on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017, at Titusville Area Hospital. He was born June 21, 1937, in Oil City, son of the late Albinus and Norma (Graham) Lauer.  

On Aug. 26, 1961, at St. Michael’s Church in Fryburg, he married Judy M. (Lane) Lauer who died June 30, 2014.

Born June 16, 1982 in Hanover, he was the son of Diane M. (Mummert) Leonard of McSherrystown and the late Neal E. Leonard Jr.
