Terry L. Darst, age 71, a kind and gentle man, passed on September 18, 2017, at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born on June 14, 1946, in Lancaster, Ohio, to his parents Floyd Darst and June (Evener) Painter. Terry was a graduate of Logan Elm, and retired from Dupont after 30 years of work. He married his wife Shirley on October 15, 1966 and they shared 51 years of marriage. Terry was an outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing, boating, and pheasant hunting. He was an avid car enthusiast, and he really enjoyed his work and his friends at Coughlin’s. More than anything, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Left to mourn his passing is his wife Shirley (Francis) Darst; his daughters Shauna (Eric) LeMaster and Teresa (Tyke) Lowery; his grandchildren Oakley Lowery, Quincy Lowery, and Elizabeth LeMaster; his sister Becky (Doug) Newton; his brother Robbie (Karin) Painter; as well as several nieces and nephews.
