Keyran J. “Trey” Hooley III, 63, of Fayetteville died at home after a long battle with cancer surrounded by his family. Keyran graduated from Bergen County Vocational School and worked for Syracuse University and Widewaters in DeWitt. He was a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan; enjoyed traveling with family; spending time with family and friends; and most especially the last few years spending time with his grandson, Evan.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Linda Whalen Hooley; children, Kristin Theisen (Nick) of Columbia, SC and Keyran J. “Chip” Hooley IV of Los Angeles; grandson, Evan Wiechelman; sister, Debbie (Bill) Berkmeier of Birmingham, AL; brothers, Jeff (Donna) of Liverpool and David of Arizona; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Keyran and Elizabeth.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville. The service will follow the calling hours.
