Joanne S. (Fox) Glasow, 78 of Liverpool, passed away on Monday at Upstate University Hospital at Community General. Born in Syracuse, Joanne has resided in Liverpool since 1977. She attended Convent School and graduated from Powelson Business Institute in Syracuse. Joanne retired from AT&T in Syracuse as a dispatch repair coordinator after over 30 years of employment. She enjoyed playing cards and solving crossword puzzles. She loved animals and was an avid reader. Joanne was a parishioner of St. Joseph the Worker Church in Liverpool.
She was predeceased by her two husbands, Robert A. Fox in 1987 and Harley Glasow in 2010 and her beloved cat Killian.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Karlynn M. Vosbury (Dylan Mann) of Liverpool, Kristen N. Fox (John McNally) of Stone Ridge, NY, many cousins and her beloved grand-cats and grand-dog.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 18, 2016 form 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Maurer Funeral Home Inc., 300 Second Street, Liverpool with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Rite of Committal and burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery.
