Sally Ann Keller of Crawfordsville passed away Friday night, Aug. 11, 2017, in her home. She was 80.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Crawfordsville. She very much enjoyed being a Red Hat, cooking big meals for family gatherings, going to festivals, and spending time with her grandchildren. She worked in the insurance office of Rick Tanner.
Born Aug. 8, 1937, at Bruceville, Indiana, she was the daughter of Wayne Downey and Marguerite Goodman Downey. She graduated from Bruceville High School, where she attended all 12 years in the same building. She married Max Keller on July 23, 1960, at the Bruceville Christian Church. He survives.
In addition to her husband, Max Keller of Crawfordsville, she is survived by son Keith Keller of Crawfordsville; two daughters, Karen Keller of Noblesville and Kathy (Toby) Lee of Indianapolis; and four grandchildren, Eliza, Joshua, Alison and Kaitley.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
Services will be held at noon Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017, at Burkhart Funeral Home, led by Pastor Darla Goodrich. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery South. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
