James Albert Spencer

Ret. Staff Sgt. James Albert Spencer, age 71, of Greenwood, FL went home to be with the Lord on January 8, 2016 at his residence.

Staff Sgt. Spencer was a graduate of the Union Grove High School and a retired member of the United States Armed Forces.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Bethel Star Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. George Williams, Pastor and Rev. Samuel Everett, officiating.

Interment will be in the Mt. Tabor Church cemetery.

Vann Funeral Home will be in charge of the service.  

Staff Sgt. Spencer will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service. 

The viewing will be Friday, January 15, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories, Father:  George Wynn, Jr. of Miami, FL; Three Sons:  Chadwick Spencer (Sheila) of Marianna, FL, Ryan Spencer of Chipley, FL and Chance Spencer of Caryville, FL; Stepson: Corey Goff of Chipley, FL; Two Stepdaughters: Shaneekqua Brown of Panama City, FL and Latrina Boston (Daniel) of Chipley, FL; Two Brothers: John Worlds (Mary Alice) and Edward Worlds (Thelma) all of Tampa, FL; One Sister: Gwendolyn Snelling of Tampa, FL; Step Brothers and Sisters: David Wynn (Nedra), Airmenta Alexander (Larry), Aurienta Madison (Daryl), all of Tampa, FL; Anthony (Bo Pete) Wynn, Yvonne “Bam” Wynn, Amanda Wynn, all of Miami, FL and George Wynn of West Virginia; Four Grandchildren and Great Grandchild; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
