Roxana, 89, of Bakersfield, CA was called home by the Lord on December 26, 2015. She was the daughter of Clarence “TAY” and Alna F. Rodgers, born in Maud, Oklahoma on November 28, 1926. Roxana moved to California at the age of 2 settling in the Shafter/Wasco area.
She was preceded in death by her youngest sister, Dortha Mann, eldest son, Jackie M. Dial, and husband, Les Weber.
She is survived by sister, Maebell Johnson, and brother-in-law Harold Mann, Sons, Benny “Mike” Dial Leggett, Noble Dial Leggett, and Paul Leggett, Daughters, Brenda Leggett Heath, and Gina Leggett Wheeler. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
Momma was a life-long member of the Church of Christ. She enjoyed motorcycle riding, dancing, water skiing, and fishing. In her later years, you would find her crocheting, working crossword puzzles, and reading the Bible. She loved her children and grandchildren very much and always enjoyed their visits.

A joint graveside service will be held at Bakersfield National Cemetery, 30338 East Bear Mountain Blvd., Arvin, CA. 93203, Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Leslie Ward Weber was a WW II Navy veteran serving his country 3 separate times from 1933 to 1954.
