Frank Cadua, age 62, was found dead at his home in Carmichael, California.
He was born at San Francisco General Hospital. He was the middle child of three born to Ernesto Dela Cruz Cadua and Lana Fleming Cadua.
He was charismatic, charming and generous to a fault. He loved cooking.
He was a longtime resident of Sacramento County where was a forklift driver. Before that, he lived in Marin County and worked for Golden State Lumber. Prior to that he was a carpenter.
For a few years he worked on the road crew for the rock and roll vocalist Sammy Hagar. This was an adventurous time for Frank when he traveled all over the country.
After graduating from Encinal High School in Alameda, he was a mechanic for Mel’s Bowling Alley for many years. During this time he met his first love Jean.
In high school Frank was the captain of the swim team and a lifeguard. He also participated in many athletic endeavors in which he excelled.
Frank is survived by his parents Ernesto and Lana and his two siblings, Ernie and Cynthia. The funeral was held on December 22 at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward with Father Geoffrey Paraan. Send condolences to his mother, Lana Cadua, at 1842 Egret Lane, Hayward, CA 94545.
